How end users opt in

The end user initiates contact by placing a voice call to our published business number, +1 (954) 250-3800. This number appears in the footer of every page of gonexpivot.com next to the following disclosure:

If we miss your call, we’ll send you a text message to follow up. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

If the call goes unanswered, the caller hears this voicemail greeting before any SMS is sent:

“You’ve reached NexPivot. We can’t answer right now. Leave a message and we’ll text you right back. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text to opt out.”

The caller then receives a single SMS responding to their call, from the same brand they dialed, containing a link to book an appointment. Booking confirmations and appointment reminders are sent only to end users who booked an appointment themselves via that link.

What we never do

No purchased, rented, or imported phone number lists. The call-initiated path described above is the only opt-in.
No marketing or promotional blasts.
No messages after STOP. Opt-outs are honored automatically and immediately.
