GoNexPivot provides a missed-call text-back service. If you call our business number and we are unable to answer, you may receive a text message responding to your call with a link to book an appointment. If you book an appointment, you may also receive booking confirmations and appointment reminders.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. GoNexPivot does not charge for text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier.
